Booked an oil change with Gloss Auto Care the day before and the whole experience was top notch. Communication was excellent — they even triple checked my engine size ahead of time to make sure they had everything needed.

They showed up right on time at 8am, were friendly and courteous, and got the job done efficiently. I really appreciated that they offered some helpful advice without trying to upsell anything.

Overall, super smooth experience. Left with a smile and very happy with the service. Pricing was also very fair — way better than sitting around for an hour or two at a typical oil shop.
